Wanda Joan (Donaldson) Simar

812 N. 8th Street, Orange, Texas. I was in the second graduating class of SMS. I married S. Roy Simar and I have three children: Danny Simar, class of 1973, who lives in Baton Rouge; Diane Vaughan, class of 1974, living in Missouri City, Texas; and Julie Patronella, class of 1979, living in Orange, Texas. I am a volunteer at the St. Mary's Church soup kitchen. I sing in the church choir and the Choir of Angels (we sing at funerals). I am a member of the St. Mary's Senior Group. I enjoy line dancing.

Roland M. Wolfford

3636 Kenwood St., Orange, Texas 77630. I am a native of Orange and a life long member of St. Mary's Parish. I attended St. Mary's from grades one through twelve. Four years active service in the U. S. Air Force (1954-1958). Served in Texas, California, Japan, Korea and Louisiana. Served as active reservist in U. S. Air Force (1958-1962) in Texas. Honorably discharged. Employed at A. Schulman, Inc., Orange, Texas from 1959 to 1963. Employed by Bridgestone/Firestone, Orange, from 1963 to present. Graduate of Lamar University, Beamont. I married Shirley Ann Seeley (1955 St. Mary's graduate), on August 18, 1956 at St. Mary's Church. We have five children, Tim, Rusty, Jerry, Cheri and Eric. Ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild. I am a Parish council member of St. Mary's Church. I am a member of Knights of Columbus Council 1680, Orange, and St. Mary's Church usher. I am on the Board of Directors of Orange Firestone Employees Federal Credit Union. I am also on the Board of Directors and member of the Orange County United Way. I am a Charter Member of Oil, Chemical and Atomic Workers International, Local 4-836. My hobbies are fishing and working with the "Wolfford Family Racing" team. Member of Lutcher Theater Guild.

John "Jack" Lange Ray

63 Main Street (Box 268), Lebanon, NJ 08833. I graduated from St. Mary's in 1955. I attended Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas with studies in Science and Biology with a Minor in Business. Completed Education at Air University in Montgomery, Alabama in Business Administration. In 1960, I entered the Air Force and was sent to Swindon, England where I worked as a surgical technician and eventually in hospital administration. This is where I met and married Andrea Hebert from Biddeford, Maine -- a French Canadian. My son Maurice was born in England. Returned to the United States in 1993 and moved to Maine in 1995 where I worked for Philips Maine Corp. in R&D plastics. My daughter Monique was born in 1996. I moved to Plainfield, New Jersey in 1970 where I worked for American Solenoid Corp. as marketing director over 35 international companies. Wrote and published hundreds of engineering articles in international magazines. In 1985 I left American Solenoid and opened my own advertising agency for N. J. industrial promotions. In 1995, I semi-retired and moved to Lebanon, N.J. where I reside on the shore of Round Valley Lake. I continue to work as a marketing consultant for several major New Jersey firms.

 

 

Shirley Ann Seeley Wolfford

 

 

3636 Kenwood Street, Orange, Texas 77630. I attended St. Mary's School from 1952 to 1955. I graduated as an honor student in 1955. I married my high school sweetheart, Roland M. Wolfford. We have five children: Tim, Rusty, Jerry, Cheri and Eric. We have ten grandchildren and one beautiful great-granddaughter. I have been a member of St. Mary's Church for 45 years. I am now serving my second term as St. Mary's Altar Society president. I have served six years on the parish council. I am a board member of Orange County Council Camp Fire for eight years. I am also active in the Beaumont Diocesan Council of Catholic Women. I am presently Vice-President of the Mid-County District, adn community concerns chairman. I am corresponding secretary for the Beaumont Diocesan Council of DCCW. I am lector and Eucharistic minister, minister of the sick for the hospital. I am also a member of the Choir of the Angels. I am a member of the liturgy committee for St. Mary's Church. My hobbies are crocheting, and spending time with Roland and my family. I am also a member of the Lutcher Theater Guild.
